Please torture this woman

Listening to SAFM (www.safm.co.za) this morning - discussion of the latest report on police torture in custody.

The moronic presenter of the discussion - hang on, I'll get her name - Nikiwe Bikitshwa - throws out the following: "Just how rife is torture in custody? How much force do police use - how much force are police ALLOWED to use during interrogation?" !!!!

I'll leave it to you to work out the implications.
